US Return Policy

At this time the following return policy is for US customers only. If you are not a US customer please look at our international return policy.

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll provide you with a quick and easy return. 

We offer two easy options:

  • Receive a ModLi store credit for the full price of your purchase. Use our free prepaid return label to keep things simple. 
  • Receive a refund for your order, minus $5.95 for the cost of the prepaid shipping label.
  • Exchange an item for the same item in another size or color. Use our free prepaid return label to keep things simple.

Eligibility:

Merchandise in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) may be returned within 45 days of purchase. Product tags must be intact.

Please note that products purchased as a package (ie., 3 pack) must be returned as a package. 

Items not eligible for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Custom made dresses 

Items not eligible for a pre-paid label:

  • Items returning to select international locations.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, submit a return form and mark "exchange", or contact our customer service. We'll provide a pre-paid return label, so you can return the item at no extra charge. We'll also place a new order with the product you are requesting, once we receive the item you've returned.

Please note, requesting an exchange on our site or through customer service does not guarantee that your item will be available at the time we process your return. Inventory is not held for exchange, and may sell out by the time we are able to process your exchange.

If the item you wanted is sold out, you may opt for a cash refund (minus $5.95 for the pre-paid return label) or full store credit. Exchanges can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue a cash refund for an exchanged order.

How to return an item:

  • Step 1: Submit a return form here
  • Step 2: A ModLi customer service representative will email you with return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.
  • Step 3: Send item within one week of receiving shipping label.

 Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
