Regarding Shipments and Orders:
We are operating as normal and are processing orders as normal. However, due to COVID-19, some shipments may get delayed. If you need assistance tracking your order, our customer service will be glad to assist you.

Regarding Returns: We are extending our return policy to 60 days for orders placed from February 1, 2020 or later, until further notice. Returns and refunds will be processed as normal.
