Over a week ago, the Met Gala took place at the one and only Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Every year, celebrities show off their high end styles and wear custom made designs by top brand designers at the gala. The Met Gala is always much anticipated. Magazines and bloggers look forward to all of the celebrities Met Gala looks and how it fits into the theme.
If you did not know already, the Met Gala is properly known as the Costume Institute Gala at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. It is a fashion fundraiser where celebs from all ends come together to raise money for the Met’s Costume Institute. Every year the night has a theme that is connected to the new exhibition. This year’s theme was Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.
