Did the NY & UK Fashion Weeks leave you wanting more? Milan and Paris Fashion Week SP/SS 2016 brought new and unique twists on classic European styles. The shows were grand and elegant, and brought the beloved season of Fashion Weeks to an end. A number of trends emerged from these beautiful shows which promise to be closet must-haves this year. Just a heads up, fashionistas! (Thank us later.)

1. Midi- Street style has shown that the midi length is hip as ever and has already caught on as a major trend. So wearable, so fun. Check out some of the best ways to rock the midi skirt this fall

2. Pastels- Soft, elegant hues are all the rave this year. The Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks brought pastels in new and more daring ways- with eyewear, shoes, and with head-to-toe outfits.

3. Florals- Flowers, lots of em. Huge, staple flowers as well as tiny, clustered flowers came on the runway this fall, designer after designer.

4. Girl Scout Chic- The fitted blazer and skirt arrived in another form in the Milan and Paris Fashion Week this fall. Similar to the nautical look observed in NY/UK Fashion weeks, girl scout chic is a stylish twist on a classic look. The takeaway: bows and camouflage are now cool again.

5. Billowing Blouses- The trend common to all fashion weeks around the globe were blouson sleeves, AKA those tops and dresses with flowy, billowing sleeves. Worn with a contrasting pencil skirt or an equally flowy a-line bottom, the billowing blouse is likely to hit the streets big time this fall.
